Anand “Andy” Padia

Global Head of GenAI at Trigent Software. Building enterprise AI systems, testing what survives production, and publishing the useful parts in the open.

What AndyMental is

AndyMental is my working notebook for applied AI: technical lessons, operating models, market signals, and the uncomfortable questions that appear when agents leave the demo and meet a real business.

The point is not to report every launch. It is to connect evidence to something a working engineer or technology leader can use.

How the work is made

Every drop is AI-assisted. Models help gather material, challenge the argument, structure drafts, and produce media. I own the thesis, practitioner evidence, final edit, and decision to publish.

Publication now fails closed: incomplete bodies, missing covers, and type-specific gaps remain drafts. Quantitative or third-party claims should be attributable; illustrations are labelled as such. If something is wrong, I would rather correct it visibly than defend it quietly.

The standard

Evidence first. Contrarian when the evidence earns it. Warm enough to disagree without performing certainty. Every piece needs an original claim, a real practitioner observation, and something its sources did not already say.

The longer reason for publishing every day lives in the AndyMental manifesto.
