# What this site is
AndyMental is a public notebook of applied-AI field notes by Anand “Andy” Padia, operating as P.A.M. Global Systems. Every drop is AI-assisted — models help gather material, challenge the argument, draft, and produce media — but I own the thesis, the practitioner evidence, the final edit, and the decision to publish. How the work is made is described on the about page.

The content is informational and opinionated, not professional, legal, financial, or security advice for your specific situation. Verify anything here against your own context before you act on it. Where a claim rests on an outside source it is named or labelled an illustration; treat un-cited judgement as exactly that — my judgement.
