Each email is one drop: a short, evidence-first note on agent engineering, model economics, evaluation, security or enterprise adoption, with the named source it rests on and one thing you can act on. How often will you email me?
Once a day, when the day’s drop goes live. Nothing else.
Is it free?
Yes, free forever. There is no paywall, no paid tier and no upsell — the newsletter and the entire archive are free to read.
What happens after I enter my email?
Double opt-in: you receive a confirmation email and only join the list after clicking the link in it, so nobody can sign you up without your say. The link expires after 48 hours.
How do I unsubscribe?
Every issue carries a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can leave at any time. You can also email meet@andymental.com to be removed entirely.
Who sends it, and where does my address go?
Issues are sent through Resend from news@andymental.com, and replies reach meet@andymental.com. Your address is stored only to send the newsletter and is never sold or shared.
