# The short version
AndyMental is run by Anand “Andy” Padia, operating as P.A.M. Global Systems (“I” / “me”). I collect your email only if you choose to subscribe, and anonymous analytics so I know what’s worth writing. I don’t sell or rent your data, and I don’t run third-party ad tracking. Questions or removal: meet@andymental.com.
# Newsletter email
If you subscribe, I store your email address to send you the newsletter — nothing else. Subscription is double opt-in: you confirm by clicking a link, so an address is only added after the owner agrees. The list and the sending run on Resend, my email provider. Every issue carries an unsubscribe link, and you can leave at any time — or email me to be removed.
# Analytics
I record basic, anonymous page views — the path visited, the referring page, a coarse browser/device string, and a random session identifier — to see which drops get read. This is first-party and aggregate; it is not tied to your identity, and there is no cross-site advertising profile.
# Who processes the data
The site runs on a small set of providers, each handling data only to operate it: Resend (newsletter delivery and list), Vercel (hosting and CDN), Turso (database), and iDrive e2(media storage). I don’t share your data with anyone else.
# Your choices
Unsubscribe from any email in one click. To have your address deleted from my records entirely, email meet@andymental.com and I’ll remove it.
# Changes
If this policy changes, I’ll update this page and the date above. Material changes to how the newsletter works will be mentioned in the newsletter itself. The companion terms cover using the site.
